SayLambda will increase Black homeownership by giving people the information and community they need to make informed decisions on homeownership; including down payment grants, loans, and more. Our database is the largest single resource of homeownership incentives in the country.
SayLambda is a homeownership platform that provides potential homeowners access to local, state and national homeownership incentive programs. SayLambda’s database is the largest single resource of homeownership incentives in the country. The platform also connects users to a community of potential homebuyers, coaches, lenders and real estate agents. SayLambda aims to increase Black homeownership and begin a national reversal of the effects of redlining while increasing property values in Black neighborhoods by giving prospective homebuyers easily assessable essential information. As the prospective homebuyers are better informed in homeownership they are more likely to purchase in the coming 12-24 months. The goal of SayLambda is to provide a guide for first-time homebuyers who are unsure about homeownership and also may be facing a generational lack of homeownership.
